Straight answers.
What Greendeavor is, what it isn't, and how the free tools work.
Is Greendeavor a law firm?
No. Greendeavor is a document-preparation and information service, not a law firm, and it does not provide legal advice. We help you organize your evidence and draft your materials; we never represent you before USCIS.
What is the EB-2 NIW?
The National Interest Waiver lets a qualified professional self-petition for a US green card without an employer sponsor or labor certification, if their proposed endeavor has substantial merit and national importance. Eligibility is assessed under the three-prong Matter of Dhanasar framework.
How can this cost about $299 when attorneys charge $10,000?
Most of a NIW petition is structured, repeatable work: mapping your record to the three prongs, assembling exhibits, and drafting a narrative. We systematize that workflow so you do the parts only you can do, and we handle the scaffolding.
Does the Readiness Check predict whether I'll be approved?
No, and it never will. It scores readiness against the public Dhanasar framework and shows where your case is thin. It is a transparent rules engine, not a predictor of any USCIS decision.
Is my data private?
The free Readiness Check and FICA Estimator run entirely in your browser. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to email yourself a report or create an account.
What is the FICA Estimator?
Many J-1 and F-1 researchers have Social Security and Medicare (FICA) taxes withheld that they were exempt from under IRC §3121(b)(19). The estimator gives a plausible range of what may have been wrongly withheld, and the path to recover it. It is not tax advice.
